Payment Policy

Products are charged at the price shown on the products page on the date the customer places the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that it processed at the incorrect price. All payments are taken via Stripe payment gateway. We accept payment from all major debit & credit cards. We also accept split payments via Klarna.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is normally charged at £5.86 and is posted via Evri (Hermes UK). We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your items has been dispatched you will recieve confirmation with your tracking code.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however, if you are not fully satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your purchase so we can work to resolve the problem or provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges). • All items must be returned unused and undamaged with all packaging in place.
• You will be responsible for the cost of postage for returned items unless there was an error in product shipping/delivery.
• We advise all customers who wish to return items to do so using a courier service that offers tracked postage. Rustic Pet Furniture cannot be held liable for returned items lost in transit.
• Refunds are processed in 5-7 working days of receipt of returned items. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
